At GALAVARA HAIR CARE, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We strictly do not accept returns on any product that has been opened or used. All sales on opened or used products are final, with no exceptions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at galavara.official@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
